Mission Statement

The mission of Need Him is simple:

To intentionally present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people,
using all forms of media, and providing a way to respond.

Our Core Values are as follows:

Ministry - We exist to bring glory to God by lifting high in prayer the name of Jesus Christ in all we say and do. We will:

• Glorify God and experience, celebrate and proclaim the love of God through Jesus Christ as the core of all we do!
• Be committed, in an ever-changing culture, to effectively present the unchanging Gospel and to see people come to personal faith in Christ using any means and at any cost.
• Be authentic, contemporary, and relevant in presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.
• Stir and equip God's people to faithfulness in sharing their faith though the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
• Be committed to reliance on prayer for direction, planning and execution of all ministry activities

Integrity - Everything we do is as a representative of Christ on earth. We are open, honest, and direct in our communications. We adhere to the highest ethical standards in everything we do. Our commitments are sacred. We will:

Collaboration - We are a single unified team committed to working together, both internally and with our partners. The success of Ministry comes ahead of the team and the success of the team comes before the success of the individual. We will:

• Appropriately prioritize team goals and individual goals to effectively achieve objectives.

Impact - We have a passion for building the Kingdom of God and a need for continuous sharing until all have heard. We are never satisfied with the status quo. We are always striving to learn, improve, and to achieve a lasting impact through fully realizing our potential. We will:
