What Is Need Him?

Need Him's mission is to intentionally present the gospel of Jesus Christ to all people, using all forms of media, and providing a way to respond.

Need Him's history dates back to 1996 when a group of Christian broadcast ministries launched a renewed effort to present the gospel to their respective audiences. These ministries included Billy Graham, Ron Hutchcraft, Moody Broadcasting, and others. Need Him was formed as an independent ministry to answer phone calls from those audiences regarding the gospel.

Several other ministries have begun partnering with Need Him since then, and Need Him continues to expand world-wide. The phone calls are answered by volunteers who log into an international phone system via the internet. Others are utilizing Instant Messaging (or "Chat") in order to contact Need Him and learn about the gospel of Jesus Christ directly from dozens of websites.
