Networking -- Our desire is to partner with local churches and other ministries, assisting them in their evangelism efforts. We believe that Need Him can have a tremendous impact on the local church as they seek to equip their members to share Christ. Other parachurch ministries can also participate by encouraging their target audience to contact Need Him if they desire to begin a relationship with Jesus Christ. We commit to providing churches the opportunity to be a part of leading others to Christ through Need Him.

Effecting -- We are committed to producing quality presentations on the radio, on TV, or in printed material. Our goal is to communicate to the audience the power of Jesus Christ and the impact that He can have in their lives now and throughout eternity.

Evangelizing -- Our volunteers must be prepared to communicate the gospel in a clear and concise manner. Because our mission is to intentionally present the gospel, each volunteer must be able to do so in a way that is comfortable. We exist because the Great Commission exists.

Developing -- We are committed to the development of each volunteer as a brother or sister in Christ first, and as a volunteer second. It is our desire to see them grow in their personal lives and in their personal ministries. We commit to facilitate growth by training them and equipping them to be as successful as possible.

Helping -- When someone accepts Christ, our goal is to connect them with a local church in their area as best as we possibly can. We commit to sending them a quality packet of information and attempting to put them in touch with a local church.

Innovating -- In order to remain relevant and fresh in the culture we are trying to reach, we must continue to be innovative and creative. This means finding new ways of reaching people through new forms of media.

Maximizing -- It is our desire to be held accountable and faithful in using the gifts God has given for His glory. "To whom much has been given, much will be required," is a truth to which we are held accountable. We commit to spending each dollar wisely and making the best financial decisions we can.
